Bridget Castellini

Bridget possesses over two decades of strategic communications experience and has spent the majority of her career at Wordsworth. She was named Managing Director in 2018, becoming the first female leader of the agency. She is responsible for managing all hands-on, operational aspects of the agency and directs its leadership team in the aggressive and successful growth of the company. She is proud to cultivate a culture that attracts the best and brightest talent. Bridget was named a Forty Under 40 Award recipient by the Cincinnati Business Courier and is a graduate of WE Lead, a leadership development program of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. She currently serves on the OTR Chamber of Commerce’s business retention committee and is a marketing and communications mentor to OTR businesses. She has been involved with Girls on the Run of Greater Cincinnati since the organization’s inception in 2005, serving as a board member, volunteer and program coach to preteen girls. Of all of her roles, Bridget’s favorite is being a mom to two preteens.

Lauren Doyle, APR

Lauren is an award-winning communicator with more than 15 years of experience working in public relations agencies. She loves strategic public relations planning, content marketing strategy, community engagement, crisis communication and all things social media. Lauren is a past president of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Cincinnati chapter; was named a Forty Under 40 Award recipient by the Cincinnati Business Courier; and, in 2017, earned a lifetime achievement award from Cincinnati PRSA for her exemplary service to the chapter, community and profession. She loves cooking, exploring the region's parks and volunteering with local community organizations.

Steve Kissing

Steve may be the only person in the country who has been a PR director and an advertising creative director at major agencies. He was the PR director at HSR Business-to-Business, during which time the agency was twice recognized by Advertising Age’s Business Marketing magazine as the best in the country. He was also a creative director at Barefoot Proximity, part of the highly regarded BBDO family of agencies. Steve has won more than 150 awards for his clever thinking and writing.
